At springtime, the wool is combed and brushed off the individual goats, or gathered from bushes and rocks where the goats shelter during the harsh Himalayan winter.

Our pashmina yarn is hand woven on looms with silk threads by skilled weavers in the villages of Nepal's Kathmandu valley. Pashmina is the warmest, softest and lightest wool in the world. The silk adds a shine and strength to each pashmina shawl without detracting from its luxurious feel.

Our Pashminas are 70% Pashmina and 30% Silk.
